Reviews and Ratings <br />
My stay at the Bear Lodge had its ups and downs. The hotel is clean and well-decorated, but the service is a real letdown. The dining experience was enjoyable but pricey. Additionally, the communication and check-in process were frustrating, leaving me disappointed with my overall experience.
The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, and I appreciated the clean environment. However, the staff's service left a lot to be desired, and the location is somewhat isolated, which can be a hassle if you don't have a vehicle. The dining experience was decent, but I wished there was a breakfast option. Overall, while the hotel is cozy, the service issues and location might steer some visitors away.
The resort provided a nice experience for a short stay, with spacious and clean rooms. However, the location isn't ideal as it's somewhat distant from the airport and riverboat tours. While the staff was generally friendly, they lacked local knowledge, and the dining options were limited and a bit pricey, especially for breakfast.
I had high hopes for the Bear Lodge, but my experience was quite disappointing. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, which I appreciated, but the booking process was confusing and the service was lacking. Additionally, being charged for an extra night because of our early arrival was unacceptable. I can't recommend this place, especially for fellow service members looking for a hassle-free stay.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay, but the service left much to be desired, especially with the lack of staff at the front desk. Although I enjoyed the location's charm, it would have been nice if it were closer to the airport. Dining was underwhelming with few breakfast choices and higher prices. Overall, it has great potential but needs serious improvements in service and facilities.
